Zoe has been the managing director of The Security Company (TSC) since 2012.
She has inspired the team and led the company through its evolution to becoming a top provider of awareness, knowledge development and behaviour change on cyber security topics. While leading TSC, Zoe has enabled learning to reach more than 3 million people globally.
With a career spanning more than 20 years in cyber security Zoe has been instrumental in developing an impressive range of products used by clients including FTSE 100 companies, government, charities, and SME’s. The success of Zoe’s dynamic leadership style is in placing people at the centre of security and engaging their hearts and minds.
As managing director Zoe often advises senior executives on cyber security policy and strategy and is considered one of the industries thought leaders.
When I am not living and breathing TSC I can be found curled up with my dogs by the fire.
I love a physical challenge and I am still proud to have completed the three peaks challenge.
I have performed as a fire-breather at Glastonbury festival.
