We’ve been delivering behavioural change and security awareness programmes for the world’s biggest and brightest companies since 1997. Our non-customised, customised, and bespoke solutions raise employee security awareness at work and at home, inspiring behavioural changes that protect organisations from unintentional human error.

Employee ownership

At TSC we believe it is important for everyone to share in the success of the business. Following completion of your six-month probation period you will be invited to join the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), this is at no expense to you. The EOT has a 15% share of the business.

Working from home

Our amazing team collaborate from all corners of the UK. If necessary, we provide all the equipment needed for your role, such as laptop, monitor, chair and desk to enable you to work comfortably and effectively from home.

Flexible working day

We operate a flexible working day, with core hours between 10am and 4pm. Variable start times are between 8am and 10am.

Employee assistance programme (Bright HR)

Employee wellbeing is a priority for us; therefore we offer an Employee Assistance Programme via our HR provider. This programme provides a wellbeing and counselling confidential advice line, up to five sessions of face-to-face counselling for employees and immediate family members over the age of 18. There is also additional support including wellbeing webinars and mini health checks.
