My Role at TSC

As Head of Projects and Delivery, as well as looking after our clients, I also ensure our team of Client & Project Managers, eLearning Developers and Creative Artworkers are happy in their roles so we can continue to produce the best and most engaging products possible. I work to drive the internal team and our clients forward together.

Why I love working at TSC

I love that we are an EoT (Employee Owned Trust) company. As a result, everyone at TSC has the same goal of bettering ourselves and our product delivery. We have a shared goal and a shared passion to achieve our goals. 

What I want to change in cybersecurity awareness

Passwords. There will still be people using the same password for all of their accounts and logins. In my opinion, the promotion of password managers should be a public agenda and not just one confined to corporate circles. 

My security tip:

I want to highlight the danger of public wi-fi. When you're on a public wi-fi network, you may not be aware of a man in the middle operating in the shadows. As a result, can you be 100% certain you are actually talking to the right person when using public wi-fi networks?

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?

Away from work, I am a squash-playing, mountain-walking, dog-loving ex-Bluecoat — quite an eclectic mix but that’s pretty much the norm around here which makes for a very interesting and diverse crew.
