My role is Head of Communications and Consultancy. The first aspect is communications. Here, I am responsible for ensuring the messaging in our products are fit for purpose for all of our clients. It is also about ensuring the most optimum channels are used for each client and their chosen security awareness materials. I also work with clients to find their specific challenges and security gaps and the best way to target and rectify these. Solutions can be anything from surveys to one-on-ones to webinars and so on.
The variety. The ability to be creative. Working individually with clients and their problems but working creatively to solve them. I love that no two projects are the same which keeps the workday fresh and engaging.
I think the biggest challenge we face in this field is supporting people to behave differently. People have habits and ways of working, it is their routine, but in order to be safe they may need to do things differently and changing behaviours is a big aspect of what I do at TSC.
