My role at TSC

As Head of Business Development, I am responsible for creating and nurturing client relationships, as well as connecting with new prospects. I do this by identifying what their cybersecurity awareness needs are and matching them to the products and services we offer. I hope to enlighten clients to the art of the possible, focusing them on increasing awareness, knowledge and behaviour change. I am always looking for the most flexible solution for our clients needs as no two company’s needs are the same.

Why I love working at TSC

When we find a solution that fits the problem and the client shares the same excitement. That penny drop moment at the end of delivery or the end of a sales call, in which a client has their expectations met, is really fulfilling.

What I want to change in cybersecurity awareness

I want clients and the general public to be aware that cybersecurity awareness is an everyday life task. Whether you’re in an office or at home, cyber threats do not discriminate. We all walk around with personal smart devices and people don’t realise they are always at risk of social engineering tactics such as phishing.

My security tip:

If you suspect any online situation isn’t as it seems, report it. Don’t be afraid to report something because it doesn’t hurt even if it is wrong or perfectly legitimate. It is better to be safe and active than negligent and passive.
