The challenge
To deepen the cyber security knowledge and awareness of employees, and equip them with the skills and tools to identify and protect themselves from data and system security threats.
To begin, we invited employees to fill out a short survey to assist our understanding of the current vulnerabilities.
The solution
With 31% of the workforce participating in the survey, we were able to get a clear picture of the common level of information and cyber security understanding at Allianz. Using this data we developed a training programme that comprised of:

- Cyber champions programme
- Role based webinars for privileged access users
- Animated banners
- Team leader briefings
- Educational articles
- Interactive games
- Static infographics
- HTML educational content
- SCORM-compliant classification decision tree
